Holiday Care
Many working parents worry about how to cover the school holiday periods. At Yateley Manor we aim to support parents during school holidays by offering Holiday Clubs for children from Reception to Year 8. The weeks are very well attended and include a variety of activities.
Our Nursery is open 48 weeks of the year and parents are able book their Nursery child into the Nursery Holiday Club during the school holidays.
Standard hours are from 8.30am until 5.30pm.
Holiday Club and Nursery Holiday Club – Summer Holiday 2023
The Holiday Club for children from Nursery to Year 8 will be open during the Summer Holiday Club 2023 for 7 weeks as follows

The Summer Holiday Club and Nursery Holiday Club will run from Monday 10th July to Friday 25th August. Bookings will open on Wednesday 7th June 2023 at 10.00am and bookings may be made for any combination of days. Holiday Club from Reception to Year 8 is open to friends and family of Yateley Manor School. The Nursery Holiday Club is for current Yateley Manor children only.
Activities will include playball, other activities to be confirmed.
All clubs will start at 8.30am and finish at 5.30pm, pupils should arrive no later than 9.30am. Pick up is from 4pm onwards and Nursery children may be collected at any time. The very latest time for pick up is 5.30pm, after which staffing levels cannot be guaranteed.
We continue to follow the Government’s COVID-19 guidance and will adapt our internal processes as appropriate. In order to maintain our high standards of care and health and safety measures we ask that bookings are to be made by 5.00pm on the Thursday before the following week’s club starts.
No entry will be permitted without a prior booking.
All children attending will need to bring their own packed lunch, snacks and water bottle each day.
Please Note: All food will need to be nut free (please check labels). We endeavour to ensure no nuts or nut products are used on our site. We may have children attending who have severe nut allergies and could be such that the slightest contact with nuts could be life threatening. We therefore respectfully ask that NO NUTS are knowingly brought onto the premises. This includes peanut butter, Nutella spread, Pesto, some cereal bars, some granola bars, biscuits/cakes that contain nuts and sauces that contain nuts. Please could parents ensure that packed lunches do not contain any food that has been made in a factory where products containing nuts are made.

Acestars
Tennis coaching during our holiday club is by Acestars who, for more than ten years, have been providing high quality, professional tennis coaching (individual & group) to communities in Berkshire, Hampshire & Surrey. Their qualified team of coaches is led by Wojtek Specylak, an RPT National Master Professional.
Acestars and their coaches have:

Playball
Playball’s objective is to share a passion for being active and ensure children enjoy physical activity. Their Early Years Sports Development programme is used in over 3000 schools around the world, with tried and tested methods. It is tailor-made to cater for children of every ability.
Playball will help children to:
- Gain confidence and independence.
- Improve their stability and balance, helping their motor development.
- Learn the importance of forming good relationships and working as part of a team.
- Understand the importance of an active lifestyle.
- Develop resilience, and a positive attitude to both winning and losing.
