We are excited to launch our new Refer a Friend offer at Yateley Manor School. If a new family joins the school after being referred to us by an existing family, both families will receive 10% off a term's fees*. Yateley Manor School – Refer a Friend Discount Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The Refer a Friend discount is open to current Yateley Manor School families who successfully refer a new family to the school.
    • The new family must be genuinely new to Yateley Manor School and not already in active discussion or registered in the admissions process.

  2. Referral Process

    • The referring family must ensure the referral is declared at the point of initial enquiry or application.
    • Referrals must be confirmed in writing via the Admissions Team (e.g. admissions@yateleymanor.com) to be eligible.

  3. Discount Value

    • A 10% discount on first term tuition fees will be applied to both families:
      • The referring family, and
      • The newly enrolled family.

  4. When the Discount Is Applied

    • The discount will be applied to the referring family after the referred pupil has completed their first full term at Yateley Manor School.

    • Discounts are applied to fees for one term only and are not retrospective.

  5. Exclusions

    • The discount applies to tuition fees only and does not apply to:
      • Registration fees, acceptance deposits, lunches, transport, uniform, clubs, or trips.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, bursary, or fee‑remission scheme.

  6. Withdrawal or Early Leaving

    • If the referred pupil leaves the school before completing a full term, no discount will be applied to either family.

  7. Discretion and Fair Use

    • Yateley Manor School reserves the right to:
      • Verify referrals,
      • Decline a referral where eligibility criteria are not met, and
      • Withdraw or amend the scheme at any time.

  8. Amendments

    • These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version in force at the time of referral will apply.
