Children live through imagination. They explore the external and internal world through fantasy, sound, sight and metaphor. Yateley Manor values creativity enormously and all children take part in a large variety of artistic activities. Children work with drawing, collage, fabric craft, printing, marbling, ceramics, puppetry and stage design in the art studio and gallery

All children are taught to read music and. well over half go on to play musical instruments and have individual tuition in the music school, which houses ensemble and individual practice rooms. Children join orchestras, choirs, string groups, recorder groups and other ensembles, as well as taking modern dance and ballet classes.

Children love the performing arts and go to theatres and concerts while actors, artists, authors and musicians are regular visitors to school. Pupils present concerts, workshops and plays throughout the year in the specially equipped Studio which has permanent stage and dance facilities and they mount large-scale productions in the school hall.
