bullet La Fosca 2009

19th July, 20.00
Now at Gatwick with the coach in sight. All being well should be back at school in around an hour or so.
Best wishes to everyone for a great summer - let's hope the weather is more like Spain before too long!

18th July, 13.00
At the Water Park today and then back to La Fosca to start packing. I'm sorry to say that there has been the first complaint this week: GB does not like the 'dreadful' music that is piped around the park! Shopping in Palamos this evening and the last activity session to look forward to tomorrow morning. The bad news is that tents also need to be cleared of the week's debris. All that washing is piling up! GB usually calls as the group leaves La Fosca so check here for updates on the journey home. (With apologies for the late update.)

17th July 12.00
Back to Palamos beach for fun boats and cats today. Weather a little cloudier than it has been but still good. Beach games to look forward to this evening. GB says that this is a fantastic group to be with and that everyone is getting on well with the instructors.

16th July, 12.30
Another fine day with all going well. Today's activities involve paddling - kayaks and Canadian canoes off Castells beach. Everyone enjoyed lunch in the woods above the beach and relaxing a little before the afternoon session.

15th July, 14.00
Unbelievable - everyone in bed by 10.00 yesterday! Lunch on the beach at Palamos today, enjoying wind surfing and long boats. Children all getting on really well and looking forward to The Great Egg Race after supper.

14th July, 11.15
Everyone slept well. Today is being spent at Tossa de Mar with time to snorkel in coves near the castle, explore the shops or simply relax on the beach.

13 July, 15.45
The group had a good journey and have arrived safely. Everyone is now settling into their tents before a swimming test during the evening and instruction in the use of snorkels before tomorrow's activities.
