Hair

Pupils’ hair should be neatly dressed. Girls’ hair, if longer than shoulder length, should be tied back or controlled with a hair band. Boys’ hair should be shorter than collar length and trimmed above the ears. In both cases, the hairline should lie above the eyebrows so it is off the face. Extreme hairstyles (shorter than Grade 4), including “steps”, spikey haircuts, highlights, colouring, bleaching or braids are not acceptable in school. No gel or other hair products should be worn.

The wearing of jewellery, including pierced earrings, is not permitted.

The School Shop sells both new and second-hand uniform and is open term time only, Mondays and Thursdays 3.00pm – 5.30pm.  Payments to the shop may be made using Cash, Cheque or by Debit Card. Uniform may also be purchased via the school website or mail order through the school office.  New children are kitted out by appointment.

All items must be clearly named.
