The final years
Pupils in Years 7 & 8 undertake a two-year programme, The Yateley Manor Award, which includes events that aim to promote:
• Team building
• Independence
• Leadership
• A sense of community
• Self-awareness
Children can achieve bronze, silver and gold award standard. Their log books prove to be a thorough, reflective summary
of their memorable final two years at Yateley Manor.
In their last year, children blossom as young people, and they take on important roles in the daily life of the school community as school captains, prefects and monitors. The Senior School pastoral programme builds awareness of others and promotes leadership and teamwork.
Bright futures
Yateley Manor is an independent preparatory school. After leaving, children head for a wide range of schools for the next stage of their educational journey. Together, we will prepare and support your child as he or she prepares for this next step, with regular communication and consultation between parents and staff.
The end of the journey
Your child will leave Yateley Manor with high self-esteem and a strong sense of individual responsibility. They will have good manners, a clear moral compass and an understanding of right and wrong. They will be socially adept and have made great friends for life. Your child will emerge fully equipped for success in their chosen Senior Schools and life beyond.
