Innovative, enthusiastic teachers are at the heart of our learning community and they provide the framework for your child’s educational, cultural and social development. We attract staff with a wide range of interests as shown by the extensive range of clubs and activities on offer. We extend every child through a dynamic and varied curriculum, full of memorable learning opportunities.

 

Some children need extra encouragement and support to help them achieve their potential.  Others need challenging and stretching. At Yateley Manor we strive to identify this need as early as possible and to provide the appropriate level of additional support. At the same time we work on developing potential strengths and interests in order to boost self-esteem.

High academic standards are expected and achieved

 

Whilst we welcome pupils of wide ranging academic abilities, we are proud of our high academic standards. Every year our children achieve excellent results in senior school entrance examinations and we are extremely proud of our record with scholarships that cover a broad range of disciplines covering academic, sport, music, art, design technology and all-round excellence.

 

At Yateley Manor we value literacy and numeracy, an ability to speak eloquently and investigate tenaciously; these are often seen as the fundamental building blocks of education, but we are not just traditionalists. 

 

We embrace technology and recognise the value this brings to modern learning. Classes are well equipped with computers and interactive white boards and children are taught IT skills from an early age.
